Tre Flip Trick Tip

360 Flips ( more commonly known as Tre flips) are one of the most complex in skateboarding. The trick is normally a go to trick when filming a part, playing SKATE (the skateboarding version of HORSE), or simply a goal for all skateboarders to learn. The trick is one of the most difficult beginner tricks but it is also one of the coolest looking tricks (most people use this trick when they show off. The trick is preformed with a combination of a 360 Shuv (the board spins 360 degrees) and a kickflip (flipping the board with your toes). But today I will be giving you a tip on how to pull off this sweet trick. Soon enough you be like Nyjah Huston (above) doing tre flips over stairsets and gaps like a pro.

Putting your feet in this placement is the simplist way to pull off this trick. When you begin to flip the board, don't think about flicking your front foot (the left). That will make you do a varial kickflip. This tip helps me land this trick as clean as possible.  Scooping with your back foot only makes it spin the full 360 degrees that it needs to spin. Lightly letting your foot glide off of the board helps make it flip. When you are about to land, catch the board with your front foot for control and guide your back foot to the back of the board for stability and ride away clean.
